This is the Genuine landrover oil feed plate that was fitted to the non cross drilled input gear to increase oil flow to the spline and stop the mainshaft spline from wearing.

If you have the suffix A or B LT230 you are not able to fit the cross drilled gear so it's a good idea to fit this instead.

Please note these are used take offs but in perfect condition.
